GET TO KNOW AWESOME TOES BY YOGABODY NATURALS
The heel rise, thick sole, and arch support of traditional shoes restrict the natural exercise of our feet, weakening our muscles. The small toe area smooshes our toes together until our feet are actually shaped like the shoes we wear. Did Awesome Toes actually correct the muscles of my feet?
Yes! They did. Actually way quicker than I was expecting. Lucas Rockwood, founder of YOGABODY, mentions in his Awesome Toes instructional video that it may take even as long as a year to correct damaged feet. So, I wasn’t expecting to feel anything quite so fast. I felt my feet getting stronger right away!
It felt great to wear them, different and a tad painful, but a good painful. Within a month of wearing them, maybe half a day here and there, my butt starting getting bubbly again (not flat- somehow motherhood created that for me), and my back started hurting less. It wasn’t just making my feet stronger, it was strengthening my entire body (because the feet affect the entire body).
I wear my Awesome Toes around the house barefoot, or with socks, and even sometimes while I’m out and about in my Lems Shoes Boulder Boots. Anytime my back is hurting I put my Awesome Toes on and it quickly starts feeling better.
From a design stand point, they come in a lovely wooden box, as seen in the picture above. This definitely has helped me keep track of them!

He is so passionate about the topics, and he interviews professionals who support the idea of paleo, wheat free, and the idea that the gut is the basis of everything going on in our body. I have had a very hard time finding doctors who support the idea of eating paleo and focusing on gut nourishment to heal the body(which makes it almost impossible for me to trust any of their opinions). MY STORY CONTINUES
My feet and body are feeling great. Chiropractic adjustments last longer. My arches are getting strong, and my feet actually look completely different. They just look healthy. They didn’t grow as much in width as they did in depth. It visibly lifted my arches and raised the top of my ankle (from top to bottom). It turns out gaining muscles in your feet looks so right. My balance has improved drastically, and I can actually spread my toes using my foot muscles (no hands!). All this from wearing my Lems Shoes Boulder Boots (actually the only shoe I wear right now), using my Awesome Toes by YOGABODY, and a little yoga here and there.
